Je n’ai rien a dire , a part que mon séjour a été parfait, Vincenzo est très accueillant et prend soin de toute nos demandes, flexible. L’appartement est nickel, propre, grand et confortable. La zone est très bien desservi en transport en commun. Allez y les yeux fermés !

Complessivamente mi sono trovato bene. Dipende da cosa cercate. Per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza con Vincenzo, superata la diffidenza iniziale, ci siamo trovati bene a vicenda credo. A livello umano è una bella persona, sensibile, che ha molto da dire. E' generoso, gentile e attento, cosa non scontata . La mia esperienza con l'alloggio è stata complessivamente buona, perché in termini di pulizia e ordine dalla camera e degli spazi comuni era impeccabile, Vincenzo è molto attento e scrupoloso su questo. Quello che mi è piaciuto meno è la quasi totale mancanza di privacy. Sebbene avessi la chiave per chiudermi a chiave eventualmente quando volevo nella mia stanza, la casa è molto molto piccola per cui è quasi impossibile quando si riceve una chiamata o si deve fare una chiamata, avere della privacy a qualsiasi ora del giorno o della notte perché il proprietario dato che vive nella casa, è quasi sempre lì, a parte qualche passeggiata. L'acqua calda in doccia funziona male.

I reserved 8 nights but I leave after 2 nights. I didn't have a key of my room. Vincenzo came to my room without asking my permision. When I use facilities like washing machine and kitchen, Vincenzo watched me. I felt uneasy because it lacked privacy. The catalyst that made me leave was that when I used washing machine, Vincenzo set a 14 minutes countdown. I said it's too short because I usually set 1 hour. I said if you washed your clothes, you could set anytime, but those were mine. He said I was fussy. Although Vincenzo has a strong inclination of control, he is a warm man. He cooked meals for me and helped me buy bus card and phone card. I prioritized privacy and freedom, so I left.

L'alloggio di Vincenzo è in ottima posizione per spostarsi in centro, e alla stazione di Porta Nuova con circa 15 minuti con Bus e tram. Inoltre la location è ben servita da Supermarket, bar etc.... Oltretutto il sig. Enzo è stato molto gentile, disponibile, e amichevole......quindi un ottimo consiglio per una permanenza su Torino. Senza dubbio lo ricontatterò non appena sarò a Torino.

Vincenzo is a wonderful human being - one of the kindest, most benevolent, understanding, and generous people I've met in my travels around the world. He is eager to connect with new people and learn every day just like me. He's also an incredibly talented artist with a sharp mind, and we were able to communicate extensively in a variety of different languages. He taught me some Italian and I taught him some Spanish! I will definitely be coming back to stay here. He showed me many beautiful parts of Torino even though I only had a couple days. His apartment is spotless and beautiful, filled with original art - musical instruments, sculptures, gorgeous paintings, and more, largely crafted by Enzo himself. I couldn't have been happier there. You will feel right at home. Peace and blessings.
