a very convenient central uluwatu location. great communication from hosts. I know maintenance is difficult in Bali but quite a bit of wear and tear was evident and some maintenance would help restore the accomodation to be as nice as the photos

Nous avons passé deux nuits sur le logement de Sukacita. Tout était parfait, la maison est comme un petit paradis avec sa piscine et son petit jardin, nous avons aussi adoré la proximité avec les restaurants / plages et bars de Uluwatu.

This place is beautiful and exactly like what is described. It is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood but is still 10 mins away from nearby markets/beaches. Although, the roads in the area can be quite narrow if you follow google maps. The host was very responsive and our neighbour Maria was extra sweet and helped us with everything we needed within minutes from finding amenities to local recommendations.

I don’t usually write reviews let alone bad reviews and I do feel horrible doing it however I live off reviews and I’m think it’s only fair I warn people this Airbnb is not worth the review score they currently has. It is on the cheaper end for a pool villa however it was to the point I didn’t enjoy my time there at all. Extensive maintenance needs to be done to this property, it is very obvious the owner is just trying to get as much money as they can out of it without caring about the quality. - We had no hot water for our entire 3 days even though we reported it each day. - A extensive cord running from the roof to the outdoor lights would light on fire. The street power lines are also extremely faulty with a constant buzzing noise. Unfortunately the charging port on my IPhone was damaged due to this and I had to spend an entire day of my trip looking for a wireless charger. Not sure how much this will be to repair! - Air con and fridge didn’t work the first night. I could go on..

Host was really great, met us when we arrived late. Really responsive. Even decorated the room as it was for a birthday. Pool was great. Beds were really comfy and the black out curtains were great. Really spacious rooms. Powerful shower. Good WiFi. There was alot of issues with the electricity during our stay. The power kept tripping so the air con wouldn’t work and the fridge and freezer stopped working. We had no power for a while. When we found the fuse box and flipped the switches back, an exposed wire in the garden would spark and set fire and smoke. So dangerous. We informed the host of this problem on our first day and was told someone would come and look at it but they never did. This happened every day when the power went out. There is no air con in the living room/kitchen area. Just a little fan. We could not sit in there or use this room due to the heat. Overall we did enjoy our stay here. But do think some of the photos/descricrition are a little misleading.
