It was nice to stay here- very good value considering other options. It is in a great location. Close to both Mong Kok and Mong Kok East station. Tane Residence and Chael was very good with responding to messages for repair work, questions, etc. The 5 flight of stairs are not too bad thanks to air conditioning, but tough for move in and move out day with luggage. Generally clean room, with housekeeping once a week. But at times a little dirty in the stairway. Also nice that it comes with washer and dryer on the top floor of the building for use.

Place is definitely central in Mongkok and very close to MTR station. Despite the walk up by stairs and main entrance is on a small alley, the rest are pretty much accurately described in the listing. Didn't get to meet the host though but appreciate the extended 1 hour on check-out time.

We really enjoyed with the studio house provided, which cover all the facilities. And we requested some other facilities and as they were responded quickly. Thanks Alex for this help. Only one thing I would suggest you to improve wifi speed, as we got many times disconnected when we are in middle of something or calls. Once again thanks.
