This is a very very nice place to stay for a small group. There's a lot of space here, especially in the dining room and kitchen. The yard is nice. The dining table was big enough to not feel crowded with 4 adults and 3 kids. Everything was very clean and the host's rules for the stay weren't overbearing or absurd (mostly boiled down to clean up and keep your shoes off). The area wasn't my favorite, but I never felt unsafe or threatened, and there's a security system and cameras in place for a little additional comfort on that front. I was a little nervous about the street parking but didn't run into any issues.

The house was very clean and well maintained. Would recommend advising people to bring slippers. The sign at the door requested we remove our shoes but the flooring had abrasive parts that did not feel to good on your feet.

Extremely impressed with this property. Clean, comfortable and peaceful. The check in process was super easy. The attention to detail and updated look is amazing. Completely stocked with EVERYTHING we needed including some extras like snacks, drinks, coffee and wine. Plenty of extra towels and linens and on site washer and dryer was a great addition. I visit Indianapolis often since it's my hometown and plan to stay here each time.
