房间非常干净，房东在房间里提供了很多用品，杯子，盆子，碗都有，还非常贴心的提供了很多拖线板，和食品。我们不用担心插头通用的问题。同时房东还提供给我们很多附近和旅游的信息。沟通回复很快。出门交通也比较方便。到首尔站坐公共汽车最方便，地铁稍微走一点路，在这让我们度过了愉快轻松的假期

The host and co-host are very proactive and responsive to our queries. My FIL fell ill, he does not have appetite and unable to head out for meals, in addition, we had a 2-yr old child. Hence, the food choices are limited (no spicy). Being unfamiliar with the neighbourhood, we turned to the hosts to ask where is the nearest clinic and ask for food recommendations, they were very prompt! They even offered to arrange food delivery for us! The host actually delivered dried seaweed for my child, really appreciate her nice gesture! Overall, we really had a homely stay (even my in laws complimented that the house was cozy) and our kid enjoyed herself with all the toys that were prepared by the hosts! Thank you for the great experiences! ❤️

We eventually chose The Story House for these attributes: kids-friendly amenities, no stairs, non tourist areas - a quiet enclave amongst other houses with amenities within walking distance. With a 3yo & 6yo kids in toll, the leisure walk to subway is between 10-15min. The clean & neat condition of the house is exactly as it is listed. Good for our family of 4. The kids love the bouncy beds and the playarea! The bed in the other room is compartively firmer & on a raised bed frame. The dryer dried our laundry well, and we had past experience of dryer that didn't get the job done. Eun Ju & her co-hosts have been very responsive to our enquiries before & during the trip, making sure we would have a comfortable stay and we did! They helped find out the nearby market sell traditional red bean rice cake which we want to bring back for our relative that miss this. Hope to explore the area more next time when we return. Thank you!

Love everything about our stay. It was comfortable and clean, a good size for 4 adults and 1 toddler. Best part? Eun Ju prepared toys in the room, which kept my son busy everyday when we're getting ready or settling things when we return to the room. Also love that there was a tub for my son to bathe in. There was even a stroller for our use, we didn't intend to use it as we brought our own stroller but one day it rained heavily and our stroller got wet! Super grateful for the stroller and we used it for the day while we dry out our stroller. Thank you so much!!

Eun Ju and hubby are very friendly and responsive. I dropped them a message late at night and was not expecting a reply. Surprised that they replied and assisted us immediately. Love the child friendly amenities like the playroom, stroller and baby seat. Thank you so much for your hospitality and kind assistance during the stay! One thing to note is that we have to walk a distance to the subway station and it was raining for a few days. Other than that everything is so great!
