Buen lugar, súper tranquilo
This place is very quaint. It's convenient to the metro stations (across the street) with easy access to the MALECÓN. However Sebastian restricts you to only using the a/c part of the day( I think he doesn't want his electric rates to increase.) The view is an eyesore and not pleasant, you will be looking at rundown buildings. The bathroom is closet size and the door doesn't close while sitting on the toilet. You have to request to use the washing machine and there is no dryer so you must hang up clothes on a drying line.There's limited kitchen supplies and too many restrictions to stay here long term. I suggest no more than 1-3 days stay.
