Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lakeside retreat. Enjoy the views from the spacious covered back porch or enjoy an afternoon relaxing by the fire pit. Bring your boat or jet ski and enjoy the water. A small public boat ramp is only 100 yards away. Kayaks and fire pit are yours to enjoy. KITCHEN As you enter through the side door, you will be in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with Stainless steel appliances that include Refrigerator, oven with cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen has a coffee maker, air fryer, blender, and all the utensils needed to prepare a full course meal. PANTRY There is a tall cabinet located in the kitchen that can hold food and other essential items needed for your stay. LAUNDRY ROOM The laundry room is located around the corner from the kitchen and is equipped with a washer and dryer. 2nd BATHROOM The 2nd bathroom is located across from the laundry room. It has s tub/shower, sink, and toilet. DINING ROOM The dining area is located off the kitchen and has s table that can seat 7. It has 4 chairs and a bench. BACK PORCH Sit on the back porch and relax while taking in the view of the lake. The back porch offers chairs, loungers, glider and swing. There is also a gas grill and a picnic table to enjoy. LIVING ROOM The living room has a sectional sofa with an ottoman. There is also a leather recliner. The living room has a 58” Samsung smart TV. MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom offers a spacious area to relax. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and a walk in closet. The master also has a shower with two sinks. FIRE PIT, KAYAKS, & DOCK Enjoy the fire pit located outside along with using the dock for swimming, fishing, or sunbathing. We have two Kayaks, paddles, and life vests. Do NOT drag the kayaks as they will be damaged. It is recommended two people carry the kayaks. Guests will be charged to replace the kayaks if they are damaged. GUEST BEDROOMS The home offers 3 additional bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds while the other bedroom has a set of bunk beds. One queen room has a TV. The bunk bed room has a TV but is only used for gaming. So if the kids want to bring a PS or X-Box, it can easily be hooked up. The bunk bedroom does not have an accessible closet. The closet in this room is an owners closet. Please do not attempt to breach it. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE we have a $25 per guest, per night extra charge for over 8 guests.

First I must say that on our trip we had some unforseen things happen which put us a day behind and Tim immediately changed our reservation for us to accommodate and that means alot in my book. The house was great, loved the layout, very clean and tidy. there were alot more amenities and they were better quality than most places I've ever stayed. I would love to go back and stay longer again. I would recommend to anybody with confidence.

Beautiful place to stay! I had a planned fishing trip for the guys and we chose Timothy’s place for the location and incredible photos. Had everything we needed from spacious home, boat ramp within walking distance, boat dock was in great shape and had charging ports to plug up our boat batteries. Great fishing and friendly neighbors. Timothy was a very respectful and responsive host and answered all my questions before my arrival. Even threw in a few fishing tips that helped us catch lots of fish. I am looking at booking another trip for my family at this location. Didn’t want to leave. Book it you won’t be disappointed.

The home is located on a quiet street that dead ends at a small public boat ramp. We have neighbors on both sides of the home. Please be respectful to all neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.
We have a covered awning that two vehicles can park under along with room on the driveway. No parking is allowed on the opposite side of the street or in the yard.
