This room for rent is located in a beautifully built custom home in Grimsby, that boasts views of the Marina and is just a short stroll from the Lake. Located in a 2500 sq. ft. basement, the extra large room has a King Size pedestal bed, 2 night stands, a 65" Smart TV, Desk, Chair, and large walk in closet. The Basement also offers a kitchenette, sitting area with 65" Smart TV, Pool Table, Darts, Foosball, Fitness Area, and full washroom. Please note this rental is located within the house This extra large bedroom is located in the basement of our home. The basement is extremely spacious, with a ping pong table, a pool table, darts, foosball, a sitting your area with a 65-in smart TV, a kitchenette and bar area, a fitness facility and a large full washroom. Please note there is no door that separates the main floor and basement. However it is still quite private and there is a separate entrance into the basement if guests prefer to come and go through the separate entrance.
