The room was clean, kitchen was dirty, lizards were scrawling on the plates, drinking water was unclean, luckily I saw it before drinking. The entrance to the house is too narrow and dirty with some ferocious street dogs seated. It is closer to many beaches and cafes. There is Zero safety at the property, no care-taker 24/7, no watchman, no lock to the main door, so it is risky to stay there alone. Also, I had requested for just 1- hour early check-in which was not taken into consideration. I checked out exactly at 11.30, despite asking a favour to allow keeping my luggage there since my flight was at 7 pm, Pak Bayu was very inconsiderate about that.

Same like the picture. Near to many restaurants and bars. The host also very responsive. Recommended!
