Tranquil modern cabin in a serene setting , very private , backing up to 20 acres of mature woods with gorgeous rolling terrain on beautiful winding community hall road , within half a mile of great restaurants , breweries and upscale coffee shops . It’s in biking distance to beautiful townline beach . This is a brandnew build with March completion . Everything in the house is unique and carefully curated . No interior photos until late winter .We have 4 bikes available in bike shedd as well This property has 5 bedrooms , 3 bedrooms upstairs with queen beds in all of them . In the two bedrooms in basement I have a queen bunk bed in each of them . Two full bathrooms upstairs and a full bathroom downstairs with freestanding bath tub

Yoli’s place was great! We were only there one night but wish we could have stayed longer! Everything was very new and clean. Very close to restaurants, breweries, and beaches.
The home is in a beautiful private location right on the edge of the woods. The first day we had the treat of seeing a deer with two baby fawns, right up to the fire pit! The home itself is new, modern, and clean. Our kids loved the oversized bunk beds in the basement. The house was well stocked, with everything from marshmallows for s'mores to firestarter and wood for the fire pit. Yoli was very communicative and flexible with our checkout in the morning. Highly recommend!

This home was absolutely gorgeous! It was pristine, super clean, and exactly as described. The aesthetic of the home made us feel so luxurious. Loved the spacious home, ping pong table, and hot tub were a plus! Would recommend!

Very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful road with lots of trees and wildlife . Turkeys and deer everywhere .
Plenty of parking on property.
