SMART TV w/ cable also in each bedroom on these 42" SMART TVs! -Dining room table can be converted into work-friendly space in addition to the desk area upstairs. -2 separate staircases to get upstairs (small, spiral staircase from kitchen and back staircase off master bedroom) -New, stackable washer/dryer, and new Hardwood floors through out. In between Armitage and North Ave. It is a truly unbeatable Lincoln Park location. DONE TO PERFECTION! CLOSE TO LAKE, ENTERTAINMENT, HIGH-END RETAIL AND RESTAURANTS. Q: Is the neighborhood safe? A: Very much so. 24 hours a day. Lincoln Park is considered Chicago's safest neighborhood with many family homes. Q: PARKING? A: There are always open parking spots right outside on the street. In addition, we also supply parking stickers for zone parking on the street/surrounding streets, but there usually is no enforcement. Not paying for parking in this area of Chicago is a huge plus! Q: Do I need to bring towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a hair dryer, or linens? A: Nope! we provide all these things. Q: When can I check in or check out? A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who check out on the same day of your check-in. Q: Can I come and go as I please? A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case. Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests? A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests. Q: What's my total booking price? A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so we don't actually control this. Q: Are the beds comfortable? A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on! We like Novaform!

We had a great stay at Nicole and Matt's. The apartment was great for my family of 4 and the location is fabulous. Next time we go to Chicago we will stay there again.
The apartment was beautiful and in an amazing location. It was very clean and communication with Nicole and Matt was great. They also provided parking permits and we never had an issue parking right outside the apartment. As warned by the hosts, the train does go right past the apartment but this was ok and seemed to be fairly unavoidable in this area. One thing that was not great and was why we didn’t give the apartment full 5 stars was the sound of the heating/AC in the upstairs bedroom. The furnace mechanicals were in a cupboard in that room and was very loud and intrusive when it came on. Perhaps this is reflected in the price which was much lower than other places in the same location, but good to know about if you are a light sleeper.
Great place! I loved all of their recommendations and accommodations. They make it incredibly easy and stress-free to stay there. They keep the place very nice and are very accommodating. This worked out perfectly for our spring break and we'd gladly stay there again!

We absolutely loved staying here! Being that close to the Brown Line was so convenient. The neighborhood was so quaint! I loved that they had stuffed animals for my grandkids to play with. Nicole and Matt were very responsive and quick too! We even opted to stay an extra day! We will be back!

Named after Chicago's largest park, the Lincoln Park neighborhood is considered one of the city's most desirable neighborhoods. It is one of the most affluent neighborhoods in Chicago. You’re a mile from downtown and right on the lakefront. The neighborhood itself also has so much personality and charm. Lincoln Park has got something for everyone.

No more than a 5 minute walk to Armitage Brown-line stop (800 feet) and 10 minute walk to North/Clybourn Red-line stop (0.5 miles) (CTA L) which also will take you to all downtown attractions in 5-10 minutes. Each station is very safe and surrounded by high-end retail. Red line will be your quickest option for getting to Michigan Ave (Magnificent Mile) in just a couple of stops and to the loop in a couple stops after that:)
The most convenient public transportation is Uber or Lyft. If you want to explore Lincoln Park/Old Town, you have many places walking distance. Taxi's are also always available as another means of transportation. We think you'll find that plenty of activities are right outside your doorstep and accessible by foot :)
