The community environment is very good, quiet and safe, very close to the business circle, and convenient for living. The famous Red Bird Stadium is just a three-minute drive away. There is a laundry room , which provides washing machines and dryers. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee machine, a kettle, and utensils and cooking utensils. Transportation is an ideal choice for travelers, students and commuters.

Yun was very responsive. First impressions are a big deal, and our first impression wasn't good. Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm but we couldn't access the room until 5pm because the person staying in there before hadn't checked out. My brother went to use the bathroom while we were waiting for the room and the bathroom wasn't clean. There was hair on the floor and feces on the toilet. There was also a weird sign to not flush anything down the toilet including toilet paper and to instead throw toilet paper in the the trash. Feces on toilet paper sitting in the trash makes the bathroom stink. Yen attempted to make things right by crediting us, which was nice. I doubt I would stay here again. The place was in a good neighborhood and close to Cardinals stadium. We were in town for a concert and it took almost 30 minutes to walk. I doubt I'd return to this place.

I as stayed in various place in various countries, so I’ve have a ton of exposure - Yun is indeed a 5 star superhost. There are very clear instructions posted everywhere: kitchen, bathroom, laundry, workspace etc. I would absolutely recommend her Airbnb.
