Not only are we wiping down all the surfaces as we typically do, but we are utilizing ozone machines, making sure that all door handles, towel bars, and other surfaces like remote controls are also being fully cleaned and sanitized between stays. In between Armitage and North Ave. It is a truly unbeatable Lincoln Park location. DONE TO PERFECTION! CLOSE TO LAKE, ENTERTAINMENT, HIGH-END RETAIL AND RESTAURANTS. Q: Is the neighborhood safe? A: Very much so. 24 hours a day. Lincoln Park is considered Chicago's safest neighborhood with many family homes. Q: PARKING? A: There are always open parking spots right outside on the street. In addition, we also supply parking stickers for zone parking on the street/surrounding streets, but there usually is no enforcement. Not paying for parking in this area of Chicago is a huge plus! Q: Do I need to bring towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a hair dryer, or linens? A: Nope! we provide all these things. Q: When can I check in or check out? A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who check out on the same day of your check-in. Q: Can I come and go as I please? A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case. Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests? A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests. Q: What's my total booking price? A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so we don't actually control this. Q: Are the beds comfortable? A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on. We like Novaform!

Great location in Lincoln Park, a lovely walkable neighborhood with great shopping and restaurants. The two bedroom, two bath layout was perfect for four adults and our toddler grandson. (The hosts helpfully provide a travel crib and high chair on request). The only detracting feature for us was the air conditioning condenser noise in the larger back bedroom, which is noted in the host’s description of the unit. As noted, the unit is adjacent to train tracks, but the train noise did not bother us at all and we slept very well on a cool night when the air conditioning did not operate. However, the AC noise kept us awake on the warmer nights. This noise did not affect the smaller interior bedroom, as the AC condenser is mounted on the wall outside the back bedroom. Noise perception differs among individuals, but for us this was a problem.
This home's location was the best part! We were within walking distance from the L (which took us everywhere we wanted to go), as well as many shops and restaurants to choose from! The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful, and we felt very safe. While the train was occasionally noisy (since the track runs directly behind the unit), we were very grateful for the noisemakers provided in the bedrooms. Eventually, though, the train sounds became comfortably familiar to the point where we almost missed them after we left :) Overall, this was an excellent spot tucked away in a lovely, centrally located neighborhood. If we're ever in Chicago again, we'll definitely look this place up first! :)
I really enjoyed my stay at Nicole and Matt's place. The hosts were very responsive, and the Airbnb and location were perfect (the rental looks exactly like the pictures). Highly recommend.
The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds and had everything we needed.
You can’t beat the location. We didn’t need to leave the area for the entire 5 day stay. Everything you may want or needs to walkable. The charm of Lincoln park cannot be beat and I never wanted to leave!

Named after Chicago's largest park, the Lincoln Park neighborhood is considered one of the city's most desirable neighborhoods. It is one of the most affluent neighborhoods in Chicago. You’re a mile from downtown and right on the lakefront. The neighborhood itself also has so much personality and charm. Lincoln Park has got something for everyone.

No more than a 5 minute walk to Armitage Brown-line stop (800 feet) and 10 minute walk to North/Clybourn Red-line stop (0.5 miles) (CTA L) which also will take you to all downtown attractions in 5-10 minutes. Each station is very safe and surrounded by high-end retail. Red line will be your quickest option for getting to Michigan Ave (Magnificent Mile) in just a couple of stops and to the loop in a couple stops after that:)
The most convenient public transportation is Uber or Lyft. If you want to explore Lincoln Park/Old Town, you have many places walking distance. Taxi's are also always available as another means of transportation. We think you'll find that plenty of activities are right outside your doorstep and accessible by foot :)
