We loved staying at Bob and Karen’s place. I was there for work for several weeks and it was the perfect spot to spend our downtime. The view is fantastic and the apartment and kitchen have everything you need for a short or long term stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

My family (wife, our 8 year old daughter), and I stayed at Bob and Karen's place for six weeks. We met several of our neighbors at a pool party for the opening of the condo's pool. We made friends with a few families that also had children and had many pool playdates. Bob and Karen were very kind hosts and easy to talk with. They responded quickly to any inquiry. There is a fast internet connection and nice workspace for remote workers. The condo was a great size for our family. the kitchen had everything we needed, and even had a nice dishwasher. The only two things to note about our stay were: train noise and homeless people. The train crossing is right near the condo, and I heard from the neighbors that the HOA is trying to make it a quiet zone, but the process has been delayed for 13 years now. I can say that the white noise machine helps and over time we did get used to the sound. There are a lot of homeless people in the neighborhood, but we weren't bothered directly by them.

Bob and Karen were wonderful hosts. They were very accommodating, friendly, and responsive. My wife and I stayed for three months and had a wonderful time.

Bob and Karen’s place on the waterfront was exactly what we were looking for our 1-month stay in Portland. It is located ideally on the Willamete river; close to all the downtown amenities as well as the nice parks around Portland. You even have access to the miles long waterfront trails along the river from the place. We will totally reconsider this place for our next stay in Portland!

The best Airbnb we’ve ever stay in! The place had all of the amenities, the best wifi we’ve ever had, and a great place to work and have good time. The train noises didn’t bother us, but if you are very sensitive to noises, maybe you might need to use earplugs (which the hosts have everywhere in the house)!
