Pros: good space, 4 bedrooms are good sizes, 2 living spaces, comfy furniture, easy street parking, outdoor space looked great but we didn’t use it much, Zack was very responsive, easy to check in, nice kitchen with supplies, easy check out procedure (this was so great and easy to leave on the last day). Cons: no top sheets on beds (they wash the duvet covers each stay but that’s not the same IMO), door from king bedroom to bathroom didn’t close all the way and the doorknob was missing, had to kill a few spiders, cleaning folks weren’t super thorough (random sock left on a chair, hair in sink, clean sheets and towels left in dryer wet).
Zack is a responsive and great host! This home is in a central location - walk to Sloan's Lake, coffee, and great restaurants. If you have dogs, this would be a fabulous home that has a fenced -in yard and walk your dog at Sloan's Lake or through the neighborhood where there are many walking their dogs. Great central location with easy access to a lot that Denver has to offer.
Zach's bungalow was truly a great place. The beds were so comfortable with very nice bedding. I woke up the first morning and thought I was at home! A lot of amenities were included and the home really lacked for nothing you might need for a few days or even weeks. The home was clean and nicely appointed. We would highly recommend for a few days or even longer. Zach was very responsive from the moment we booked and throughout our stay.
Were in town for daughter’s wedding and had lots going on. Location was central, easy to get in and out, had lots of room for all who were coming and going. Separate spaces/livingrooms upstairs and downstairs. We had a baby along with plenty space for her needs. Back porch was comfortable and very pretty. For large group I’d definitely come back.
