Great place. Would book again. Everything was new and well taken care of, very clean. The backyard area was awesome. Super cozy, good place to relax, aesthetic was excellent. The booking paperwork via a 3rd party rental company wasn’t ideal, would prefer to keep it all within the airbnb domain. The first one was a $300 security deposit and rental agreement (credit card hold returned after 5 business days or I think you can mail a check) along with the subsequent rules and agreements. Felt a little more extreme than my usual experience with an airbnb rental. Then a second one that was a check-in form we had to submit before getting the door code. I understand these protect the owner and property, especially since everything’s new, but it was a bit off putting. Overall great place though. We had a wedding to attend in Brentwood so this worked out perfect for us.
Our stay here was exceptional! We loved the quiet and peaceful location. The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The backyard fire pit was the perfect ending to each day!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this cozy country house while visiting family in the area, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Tucked away in the serene countryside, it provided the perfect escape, yet it was conveniently just 20 minutes from Franklin, TN, and 35-minute drive to the heart of downtown Nashville. The house itself was a true haven - warm, inviting, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail in the decor created an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation. The well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze, and the cozy living spaces were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the picturesque surroundings. The morning views outside the kitchen windows and the peaceful evenings spent stargazing by the firepit added an extra layer of magic to our stay. The proximity to Franklin and Nashville allowed us to enjoy the best of both worlds, while being able to retreat to the countryside for the evening.
