Absolutly beach front condo in Hua Hin downtown, you can throw a stone to the beach from the balcony. Sit in the living room and bedroom felt like you are in a luxry yacht. You can hear the waves rolling and sea birds singing. There are two bedrooms both ensuite. Spacious living room with a IKEA sofabed. A Full kitchen and washing machine. The pool is right by the beach and spotless clean. Newly renovated just finished in November 2023. Our compound has only 34 units and most of the condo owners are using their condos for holiday only and so most of the time it's very quiet here. There are two bedrooms each with a bathroom. Living room, kitchen and dining area has a fantastic sea view so do the master bedroom. There is a seaview balcony where you can enjoy your coffee and breakfast. This condo is managed by our resort nearby. We will clean before the customers check in. Professionally cleaned towels and bedsheets are provided. If customers stay more than 6 nights , we include a cleaning service every 6 nights (meaning on the 7th day). Including change towels and bed sheets. Please be informed that to bring your garbage to the bin downstairs in the compound everyday. Our staff will show where the bin is when you check in. Thank you. Extra cleaning service can be arranged with a cost of 500 Baht per time. Extra changing towels and bedsheets can be arranged for 500 baht per time.(for both bedrooms). Please do not cook something which will have lots smoke as the kitchen is an open kitchen.

房子几乎是新的，装修的很好，院子有很大的停车场，我们的住房面向大海，离开沙滩只有几步之遥～离开夜市购物中心、华欣火车站，也在1.5公里左右距离～很方便和房东沟通很顺畅，管家服务也很好，我们很满意的一次预定～临走之际我们也初步打扫了一下房子～下次有计划来的话还是会选择这里～

I recommend to stay in Jean’s apartment. The apartment is very comfortable and decorated in a nice way. It was relaxing to hear the waves with a wonderful view out to sea. The apartment is located within walking distance to many cafe’s and restaurants. Jean was easy and quick to communicate with.

So this place is literally a dream! It’s newly furnished, the view of the beach is incredible and you’re a quick walk (2-5 minutes) from a dozen restaurants. Description is accurate, it’s a full two bedroom / two bath with a full kitchen. Only suggestion is they need to give better instructions on how to find it, GPS doesn’t recognize the address well. Get clear landmarks from the owner if you book it!

We live abroad and have holiday homes in Thailand and Taiwan. More than ten years ago we came to Hua Hin and felt in love with this charming fishing village, we decide to buy a holiday house and renovated for our visit. As kids have started schools and we use it less than before, so we hire a local professional management team to help us hosting our visitors. We have been renovating our properties from time to time to keep our facility in a good standard for our guests. We also owned a boutique resort nearby called BTC Boutique Resort ( Baan Talay Chine Boutique Resort ) which have 8 units for renting as a holiday homes. It comprises one to three bedrooms for each unit. All with private outdoor space and some with private pool. Our professional resort staff will provide all necessary service including breakfast, cleaning, check in and airport pick up/drop off...etc if needed. There is a property management at our Taipei apartments to service our guests too. We have been hosted many happy guests and wish to continue to make you feel like at home!
