Relax and enjoy the calm and stylish interior of this pretty Grade 2 listed cottage in the centre of Ellesmere-a great village next to a gorgeous lake in lovely countryside ! Exposed wooden beams. A real character house with a spacious but cosy interior.

We had a fantastic time this weekend. Paul's place is just fabulous, decorated beautifully and so interesting. Much bigger than it looks in photos too. Had everything we needed. Fantastic dog walk by the lake and canal in walking distance of accommodation. A big Tesco's is a short walk if you need any bits. Bed very comfortable. We would love to stay again and do more walking in the area. Thanks Paul.
Lovely place to stay in the very heart of Ellesmere, which is a really great place to stop for a weekend, with multiple beautiful walks on the doorstep and with shops and pubs close by. Good size double bedroom and a fair size twin, with plenty of living space for 3 of us Everything was really clean. It was well-equipped and very comfortable. I'd be more than happy to stay here again in future

Despite the cottage being located in the centre of the town, it is very peaceful, so guests are kindly requested to blend in with that ambiance !
Upon consideration, I have decided that buying a car park season ticket is unnecessary as it affords no more security than parking your car in the many available spaces behind Tesco-a mere 2 minutes walk from the cottage.
Directions will be given upon completion of your booking.

Personally, I have great respect for people who take a pride in what they do, especially in the creative arts, and I strongly believe in the power of encouragement and praise wherever it is due.
