kai was extremely kind and quick to respond. The house was peaceful and quiet. Me and my family had nice and relaxing time together. I recommend Kais place to stay if ever in town and we will stay at Kais place again!!

We stayed here with our dog for 2 nights. There was on-site parking, plenty of yard space and everything of interest was nearby. Stores, restaurants and outdoor recreation areas all within a short drive of the location. We were informed on the listing that there were "no amenities," so there wasn't really anything that was too unexpected aside from numerous tables and a lack of places to sit. There is no cutlery, dishes, dish soap, trash bags, towels, sheets or pots/pans- so you'll definitely need to visit the nearby walmart. If you're intending to cook, be sure to bring the tools to do so. This wasn't the nicest but it definitely made due. Kai was very responsive, flexible and polite. He frequently asked us if we needed anything or if everything was fine. Ultimately, this provided us with an affordable place to stay during the holidays. We are thankful for Kai's kindness and willingness to help make our stay easy and less stressful. Big Bonus were the pet ducks out back. Thanks Kai!
