The home was nice, AC worked well and very comfortable for our group overall. There were some minor inconveniences, such as being notified within 24 hours of arrival that the dishwasher and water filter were broken.

Great spot - we got for a wedding weekend with some other couples. Unfortunately the AC only worked for half the house, smoke alarm battery needed to be changed, dishwasher was broken, and we did find a used comb in the couch. Toni sent someone out to replace the filter but it was a bigger problem. He did his best to make up for it and accommodate us despite the unfortunate circumstances.

Easy to find an peacefully neighborhood

Our stay at this location in Phoenix was relatively good. Pros: House was in good location. It was clean. kitchen was nice. thermostat worked. backard was nice. Cons: No hot water. Cheap bed setups. The master bed room restroom is awkwardly set up. Toilet is in its own cramped room with no ventilation. Overall, the house felt inconsistent in terms of quality. On the first night we had an incident in the master bedroom where the bed frame cracked and broke on my friend who weighs roughly 280. To our suprise when checking we noticed the frame was poorly designed and cheap. Don't blame owners but would advise as they bought another cheap frame and charged 100 dollars in labor.
