Hamptons Country Retreat is a beautiful, executive style home in the heart of the Hunter Valley. Modern, spacious and family friendly, our Hamptons style home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and several separate living areas. Easily accommodating 10 guests and only a short drive to some of the best wedding venues in the Hunter, our home is a popular choice for families and groups of friends looking for a country getaway or deluxe accommodation for their special wedding weekend. A complimentary bottle of bottle of quality Hunter wine will be waiting to welcome you. Our home comprises four bedrooms with the master bedroom downstairs, complete with a king bed and an ensuite. Upstairs there is another master bedroom with king bed and ensuite, a shared bathroom and 2 more bedrooms each with twin beds. All beds are made up with quality linen and towels are provided. A large open plan kitchen and butlers pantry comes well equipped to cook up a great meal and tea, coffee and milk are provided. The lounge and dining areas are cosy and comfortable with ducted air-conditioning throughout the house. At the rear of the property catch glimpses of the country view beyond and relax outside with a wine and cheese board in the alfresco area. Watch the beautiful sunsets over the farmlands and mountains whilst enjoying a BBQ. The property also boasts: - Well-appointed laundry with Fisher and Paykel washing machine and dryer. - Ducted AC throughout - Quality new appliances - Unlimited Wi-Fi - Smart TV in both living areas - Fully fenced yard - Quiet Cul De Sac Location

We were lucky to find this place. Our plan was to stay indoors mostly and chill and this accommodation fitted perfectly for this. Maitland is so close and has great eateries. So location is very convenient. Very well thought out plan and facilities were there. Board games were excellent! Kitchen appliances and utensils were good quality. Overall we had a very pleasant experience and had a very relaxing time. We had a cavoodle with us who also had a great time. We would love to go back there! Thank you so much Julie for being so responsive and helpful.
Good location, friendly communication with Julie & great living space for a large group. Maybe a checklist to ensure all in working order could be considered as toilet seat broken at downstairs master, internet non operational for duration of stay despite raising issue (other booked Airbnb properties nearby had no problems with outage), needed to purchase own detergent in an unknown location. This was required by a houseful of overseas guests.
Perfect place for family or friends whilst visiting the Hunter. Julie was very welcoming and accomadating, a pleasure to do business with. The place was clean and pristine, simply amazing.

Located in Bolwarra, on the eastern side of the Hunter River, approximately 5 km north of the Maitland central business district, this property is the perfect location for that serene getaway with a twist of country. Surrounded by farmlands and only mins to historic Lorn and Morpeth with their quaint cafes and boutique shops. A short 35 km drive to wine country, this is a central location for any wedding/event in the Hunter Valley, the perfect home away from home. Only 35 mins drive to the heart of Newcastle with its beautiful beaches.
