This place was very private , peaceful and had everything I needed .Nandu was very respectful , friendly and wonderful host answering all my questions within minutes. it’s conveniently located to the place to eat (restaurants), beaches and a grocery store. Checkin/ checkout is super easy , housing keep service was very nice .. will definitely stay again and recommend to others Thank yo

Nandu’s place was spacious and very accommodating. The property is equipped with all kinds of necessary appliances, water can, basic condiments to cook, etc. This property has pool access and vehicle parking. Nandu was very welcoming, polite and patient. He recommended good restaurants & places to go, and let us have a late checkout. The house help, Jintoo, comes everyday to clean and tidy the place. Both Nandu and Jintoo were very responsive and helpful with questions and requirements regarding this place. This property is perfectly situated between good restaurants, and a 5 min walk from the beach. Newton’s supermarket is very convenient for all kinds of essentials shopping and is right beside the property. Would definitely recommend this Nandu’s place.

Nandu was an amazing host, I just booked his place for my mum and dad who are an elderly couple but Nandu really looked after them, and they came back and said the places was as per the description, wonderful location if you want to be in the centre of everything. He looked after them really well and assisted them when they needed help. Thanks for all your help Nando

We had an amazing stay at Nandu's place. Nandu was quite accommodative. He provided us early check in & late check out. The apartment stands out much better than the pics. To our surprise, basic essentials were stored. Great place to stay. Felt like home. Caretaker Rintoo was quite helpful. Both Nandu and Rintu were responsive. Candolim beach was at a walkable distance. Newton's supermarket is situated just right outside the main entrance. Good restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend this place.

It was a great place to stay in the prime location of candolim goa. walkable distance to beaches and restaurants.Nandu has kept place very neat and tidy with all basic amenities.i would definitely recommend this place to my friends. It is just behind newton's supermarket.From checkin to checkout we had no issues with host.The boy who has come for cleaning also was very decent.when I was booking the villa washing machine facility was not there but during our stay we found a washing machine in the villa. it was a very great help nandu has provided us. Thank you nadu for all the help during our stay.we would definitely going to book ur stay for our next Goa trip.
