Time for a getaway? We would love to welcome you to our warm and light one bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities in Shotover Country. Great location with easy access to both the Remarkables and Coronet Peak Ski fields. The Twin River walking/biking trail are almost right on your doorstep. 5 minute drive to the 5 mile shopping centre and supermarkets. 9 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute drive to Arrowtown. 15 minute drive into Central Queenstown. This is a spacious one bedroom apartment equipped with everything you need for a home away from home. The apartment opens facing the remarkables mountain range via a large ranch slider which leads into a small patio area where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay with full kitchen facilities including oven, cooktop and basic appliances. The bedroom features a comfortable queen sized bed, with a large wardrobe for storage. All linen and towels are provided. The bathroom is seperate from the bedroom and is equipped with all the necessities. The lounge has a TV, a large comfy L shaped couch and a dining table with the capacity to be extended if needed. There is a washing machine and dryer available for use for longer stays too.

A great comfortable awsome place, like new had everything we needed.
It was amazing living experience. The location is very good, not far from Queenstown and Arrowtown. It has great window view from the house, you can see the snow-capped mountain all around. The house is very new, clean, modernized, and very warm with double-glazing and extra powerful heater. I really love the drier, you know, it’s not common for airbnb house. The kitchen and living room are very spacious, and there is also a comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Anyway I will recommend it 100%.
Jaimee’s apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos. She’s having a bit of work done on the outside, (landscaping and fencing) to make the property even more private. The accommodation is immaculately presented, a well equipped kitchen, lovely fresh linen, a nice outlook and some unexpected and useful condiments in the kitchen. A quiet area. Easy parking. I definitely recommend Jaimee’s place to anyone who wants to stay in the Shotover area.
We stayed at Jaimee's place for 11 days, enjoying all we could of the Queenstown region. The home was ideally suited for us, near enough to Queenstown and ammenties, but away from the tourist rush. Though on the smaller side, the house was well set up and had everything we needed, including a good kitchen and a nice hot shower! Jaimee and Jay were fantastic. Great hosts, warm, affable and ready to offer any assistance if we needed. A pleasure to be with. Overall, highly recommended.
Staying at Jamiee & Jay’s place was really a great experience. The room was clean, comfy, and cozy. This was the best airbnb experience we’d have during our whole New Zealand trip.

Parking is pretty easy in Shotover Country. We are lucky enough to have a few parking bays directly on the street outside our home on Stalker Road. This often has a few spots available and if they are full from some reason, then there is another larger parking bay on Peterley Road, which would be a short 1-2 minute walk to the apartment.
Shotover Country is also pretty easy to navigate around. Stalker Road is the main road in and out of the suburb so it makes things super simple. You can literally walk (or drive) out of our street and up to the main Frankton - Ladies Mile Highway into the CBD (by taking a left) or toward Arrowtown's direction (by taking a right). There is also a local bus that runs from Shotover Country into Frankton and Frankton would be your main hub to anywhere in the Basin.
