Cute and cozy condo across for Port Hueneme beach and park. Close to the port and fun to walk the trail and see the cargo ships coming/going. Enjoyed being near all the farms. Easy drive south to Malibu, Santa Monica and even Venice for a day trip. Also close to Ventura (and its beaches). Day trips to Ojai and Solvang.

The Complex is a coastal gated community with great amenities that include an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, pool tables, ping pong, and a nice lounge to name a few. The grounds are well manicured with nice walking paths.
