Perfect place to stay near campus without being in the middle of student housing. This 3 bed, 1 bath house features private parking for two vehicles, an outdoor dining area, updated appliances and more. Walking distance to DKR Stadium and the Moody Center along with bars and restaurants, 5-minute drive to downtown, easy access to I-35, 10-minute drive to Zilker park, 15-minute drive to the Domain. From concerts at the Moody Center to parents weekends, this is the place to be. The house boasts beautiful original hardwood flooring throughout, brand-new furnishings, and ACL Live posters from artists you know and artists you will create new playlists for.

Great craftsman house, close to UT campus and all the food/drink options on Guadalupe. Perfect place to stay to celebrate UT graduation.
We truly enjoyed this beautiful place! It rained a lot during our visit, so we maximized our time inside the Airbnb. They provided so many wonderful and helpful items: Tupperware, a citrus press, baking supplies, a tea kettle. The bathroom supplies included everything you could need… toothbrushes, and a nail file (so useful when I broke a nail). We love the waffled bath towels! Thanks to our hosts, we experienced the best customer service from both Keegan and Reid.

Loved staying here! It is a wonderful house & the hosts were nothing but kind & responsive. I felt really comfortable here. Also very much appreciated that the house is well stocked. I definitely recommend this airbnb especially if you are visiting campus but don’t want to be in the center of campus life.

North Campus is a centrally located, quiet, and safe neighborhood. It is a two minute drive to I-35 and less than a minute from campus. Our property is so close to DKR Memorial Stadium that you will find fans parking in the neighborhood on gameday, this will not impact you as you have private parking on-site!
Our private driveway has room for two cars, a rare find anywhere near campus/downtown.
Much of the city features paid street parking, parking is free on weekends! Uber and Lyft are never more than a few minutes away, oftentimes using rideshare apps turns out to be cheaper and faster than paying for parking.
