Please keep music indoors and at a reasonable volume. Use only personal devices such as phones or TVs for music. The maximum occupancy is 10 people, including visitors. 2. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests may smoke outdoors, but a $600 charge will be incurred for smoking indoors. 3. No pets: To maintain cleanliness and accommodate future guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. 4. Parking: The driveway can accommodate up to 6 cars . No cars are allowed to park on the street in front of the house. 5. Quiet hours: From 9:30 pm to 9 am, please keep noise levels to a minimum to avoid disturbances. 6. No illegal activities: Engaging in any illegal activities is strictly forbidden. 7. Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not included. Guests are advised to bring their own beach towels if needed. Bath towels are provided. 8. Keep the house clean: Please maintain cleanliness, especially for longer stays without daily housekeeping. For your convenience, we have a large trash bin located in front of house. For longer stays, please take trash bin out every Wednesday night. 9. Security deposit: A security deposit of up to $5000 may be charged for damages or stolen items. 10. Cameras: Security cameras are installed at the front, and backyard for safety purposes. 11. Check-in and Check-out: - Check-in: After 4 pm - Check-out: Before 11 am 12. Questions: Guests are welcome to reach out via text or call between 7 am and 10 pm for any concerns. 13. Laundry: A washer and dryer are provided; guests are responsible for replenishing detergent if needed. 14. Access: The homeowner may access the property for repairs or inspections with prior notice. 18.
