1. Check in: Paid RM100 deposit a day before check in. Host only gave out instructions for check in 30mins before 3pm and I had to write to ask for instructions. Instruction given is unclear with wrong passcode given to the letterbox. To make things worse, there is no data service at the letter box area and had to walk a distance away to contact the host. 2. Unit is clean and well maintained! 3. Lift is super slow. Had to wait 10-15mins on multiple occasions to get down. 4. Refund deposit - instructions given were refund in 24hrs after check out. It has been 5 days and I've yet to receive the refund. Disappointed with the delay in refund deposit.

pro: 1. beautiful place to stay. House amenities almost perfect. 2. pool was great especially for kids. the guards also not so strict regarding the swim attire cons: 1. didnt match the description - instead of 2 queen bed as per advertise, it was 1 queen & single bed 2. Need to pay deposit RM100 in host's personal account separately before allowed to check in eventhough full payment had been made via abnb. 3. Letterbox password for card house also not given the right one. Need to msg owner once arrive to get the correct one
