I think this apartment needs serious maintenance. No match with photos shared. Backyard was kind of dumpyard. Bed bugs, mosquitoes, ants and many more elements found in the house. Not a place to stay even for a day. No towels, not toiletries were given initially but on request provided and that was horrible and not usable. No bedsheets or comforter provided. Had to go to market to purchase new. Total waste of money and time. one positive point though: Nitin has agreed to park luggage in the house 2.5 hours in advance.

I spent two nights here, and Nitin kindly accommodated an early check-in. He was responsive throughout. Palolem Beach is just a 10-minute bike ride away. However, there were minor issues with flies and mosquitoes in the bathroom and kitchen. Despite this, it was a decent stay overall, and you might consider staying here for your plans.

Nice spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms a nice balcony with a good view! Beach was 10 minutes away on the bicycle. Supermarket, liquer store etc. just downstairs. overall; nice place, nice area had a good time! tip: rent a motorbike or bicycle so you can easily go to the really nice different beaches in the area.
