We enjoyed our stay in this squeaky clean, fresh and adequately furnished room as described. Host was very responsive and had very helpful information for guests on the desk. We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Rome again. Should I also mention that the bathroom is very spacious and there is TV. These are some of the rare features in some other places we stayed during our trip to Italy.

Frisch renoviert, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnus. Zu Fuss 25 Minuten zum Kolosseum, oder in 3 Minuten an der Metro. Gastgeber stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

This spacious B&B is a private, standalone unit on the 2nd floor of a residential building. It's a 3-4 minute walk to the metro station which is extremely convenient. I booked Pierpaolo's Airbnb last minute as it was so difficult finding accommodation due to the Ryder Cup event in Rome. Other hotels and Airbnbs were either sold out or outrageously expensive ($500/night for a small three-star hotel room). I came across Pierpaolo's brand new Airbnb and I have no complaints. Everything including the bed are brand new. Room cleaning and free breakfast are both available, I would stay here again. Grazie mille, Pierpaolo!
