First, it's the hosts that make a difference with Airbnbs. This group cared about their property, maintained it, had great amenities, and the design and decor were outstanding. Compared to other AIrbnbs, this one was exceptional because the team cared and did not make excuses like in other places I have stayed. Mario the caretaker in the daytime was a super guy and very attentive to my needs. The location is a fantastic 5-minute walk over the walkway to Exito and shopping. In addition, 15 minutes to Starbucks and and other places to eat and hang out. On the top floor is a nice viewing area, and this place has a shared Samsung washer and dryer. I spent three months here looking for a property to purchase, and without this nice haven to reduce my stress, not sure I would have been successful. Highly recommend it, and moving this to my top 3 Airbnbs I have stayed in out of 100s around the world. If Airbnb had an award this place for sure should be 5 gold stars!

Additionally, we are conveniently situated one block away from Viva Laureles, a shopping center where you can find a supermarket and a wide variety of stores and dining options.
Our location in the flat part of the valley makes it ideal for walking and cycling, offering a pleasant and convenient way to explore the area.
