Good area to live, but its 4-5 floors up with no elevator and is part of a flat with almost 8 rooms, so there can be chaos of people moving around at all times, and given its in the heart of the city, people come home at odd hours like 2-3 am at night and can be disturbing as there is no sound proofing. The other thing is that you never see the host as its a company, so its not really an AirBnb experience but an Aparthotel experience. The good things were that it was a clean place, had a washer/dryer, bedroom with desk and tv, proximity to good bars/restaurants.

I couldn’t have imagined such a wonderful stay. The rooms are extremely comfortable. Even with 8 rooms, it feels spacious. The bathrooms and kitchen are cleaned impeccably regularly. I made amazing connections with others in the apartment, something I didn’t anticipate. The hosts are responsive and addressed any questions I had with care. If you want to be in the center of the action but still have a quiet place to rest, I highly recommend this stay!

Great location! If you’re a solo traveler this is a perfect, affordable place in the heart of the city. The room is small, but it’s perfect for 1 person. I feel like 2 people might be a little crowded. There’s not a lot of room for large luggage. I brought a carryon and a tote. It’s a shared space so be mindful of noise in your room, coming in and out, tv volume and phone calls. That’s why I feel it’s best for solo travelers. There are 3 restrooms with 2 rooms assigned to each with a key. A cleaning service comes every day and deep cleans the restrooms. There are two cabinets in each restroom with your room number to leave stuff if you’d like. Same goes for the kitchen, you have an assigned cabinet. The instructions and rules are clear and easy to understand. There was a minor hiccup in my room regarding bedding, however they were prompt to respond to my concern and quickly resolved the issue in less than 2 hours. I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again!

Great located in a charming neighborhood in the heart of Madrid's center. it was very easy to get around on foot.
