My stay was great. I used the Airbnb for Christmas get together for my family. The place was very nice and had all things you need to feel at home for a family gathering. The house looked just like the pictures listed and the best part was the little special touches. There was a Christmas tree set up already when I arrived and Christmas lights outside the home made it a beautiful Christmas touch to the holiday season. Also, the home had so many amenities(dishes, cooking utensils and pots) & items that if you forget anything you didn’t have to run to the store. Soaps, lotions, so many towels and wash cloths, even had curling irons, flat irons and blow dryers (I forget my blow dryer) so it was perfect! It’s a lot of stores, and gas stations close to house. It is also close to interstate 20. Parking at the house fit a few cars. The owner was responsive immediately to my question as well as Evolve. I will stay again when I am in town.

The house itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood appeared safe and there were plenty of people out walking their pets so I felt like we were in a good area. Upscale dining and brunch places were about 15 minutes away so that was nice, Atlanta is huge so I was concerned we would be far away from everything. Our stay was pleasant and I would stay here again. However, I did notice that the coffee pot was very dirty, like it had only ever been rinsed but never actually scrubbed with a sponge and soap. I washed it myself until it looked nice and clear. Ground coffee was provided which was nice, I just wish more care was taken to keep the pot clean. Another thing I noticed at basically all rentals is the lack of basic seasonings. A salt and pepper shaker would be nice, not too much to ask in my opinion. Overall, I was satisfied.

OWNER - The home was perfect for our family’s Thanksgiving gathering. We are local to the area, so we’ll use this property again in the future. The owners were great and responded to texts within minutes. Evolve - the company itself was not responsive at all. I tried to contact them to ask questions prior to booking, however, they never responded. Luckily, everything were out because the owners were so great. I did not receive any assistance from Evolve.
