Welcome to The Ranch At Coachella, a private 5 acre estate. Set in the heart the Coachella Valley, this beautifully designed property is the perfect getaway for large groups. With a main house, guest house, and a gorgeous pool set on open acreage.. it's both a peaceful retreat or active getaway. Recently remodeled and refurnished this gated property provides the feeling of luxury, set on old horse pastures with beautiful views of the Santa Rosa mountains. Centered in golf paradise. Great pool and outdoor music sound system, mountain views, designer house with premium bedding. The main house is an expansive 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with multiple gathering areas and consisting of two en-suite bedrooms. The guest house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home and provides a comfortable place for additional guests. Both homes were completely renovated in 2022 and are of the highest standards. The pool and spa are just outside of the main home with a great BBQ station, ice box, and tanning shelf. The new pool has both a heater for the Winter months and a cooler/chiller for the hot summer months. The spa comfortably fits 6-8 people and heats to 103 degrees. Pool heat is $100/day extra, set to 82. Please be sure to confirm you’d like the pool heated at least two days prior to check in to allow time to have the pool heated upon arrival. The sun sets daily over the mountains behind the pool, if you're up early enough to catch the sunrise it's a great way to start each day on the open ranch property. There are two en-suite bedrooms (one being the master) in the main house, both with king beds, the third bedroom is a bunk bed room with queen below and twin above, with an additional twin trundle bed. There’s also a futon couch that works for a smaller person in the third bedroom. In the guest house there’s a master with a king, the second bedroom has a king and one twin, and the third bedroom has a king. The king beds in the second and third bedroom can be split into two twins if that fits your group best. All furniture and bedding are of the highest quality with premium toiletries provided. We have one of the best cleaners in the area who keep the property in immaculate condition. Our team is ready to serve you should anything come up, we are typically able to have someone on-site to address any issue that might arise within hours. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The pool was clean. The landscaping is beautiful. Plenty of parking space for all six cars. Uber was easy to schedule to the location for our downtown outing. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing/fun time in Coachella. Group trip, 5 stars I spent the weekend here with a group of my friends — 12 of us total — and the property was amazing between the main house and the casita. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the living and dining spaces in the main house could accommodate everyone to hang out in. The outdoor area was fantastic too with the huge pool, comfy seating, patio table, and speakers... not to mention the beautiful surrounding scenery. One minor quirk was that the sprinklers unexpectedly went off while hanging outside during the day and it caused puddling on the grass. We mostly stayed around the house for the duration of the long weekend, but went out into Palm Springs once, which was about a 40min drive. Cars weren't too hard to get.
