A very nice Annexe accommodation with bed, space for work, bathroom and small kitchenette Exactly as described and clean whilst the communication was also fantastic Thanks Shobha!

Clean and comfortable unit that's very convenient if you're visiting the business park. It's also an easy bus ride to the city centre. As others have mentioned it's a little chilly in winter, but there are several heaters that warm the place up nicely.

Had a really bad experience with my stay here. Travelled 3 hrs from Sheffield for an important work event and had to end up traveling back on the same day and cancel everything. No one was there to check me in and a random stranger from the house next door had to let me in through a back passage. The hosts were both “busy” apparently which is funny because I told them the exact time I would be arriving, TWO DAYS in advance. So if they were going to be busy or out of town they could have not taken the booking or let me know in advance if I needed to check in later. No heating was provided and it was absolutely freezing. I waited for two hours in the cold because the host was apparently “on his way back and was purchasing a heater from a store” which made absolutely no sense to me. Again, if there is no heating in the property, please don’t take any bookings and put your guests through so much. Terrible experience. Would not recommend at all. Please save your money.
