This beautiful and cosy flat is a walking distance from Exeter centre and the footpath/cycling lane in the nearby river leads all the way to the Quay and beyond. It is tucked away in a little lane, on a ground floor of a small Victorian cottage. Past the shared hallway, it opens into a spacious, light and warm hideaway with fully fitted open plan kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a lovely, private patio garden. This is a friendly, safe house and everyone is welcome-including your furry friend! The keys are in a key safe on the right side of the main door, which leads you to a shared entrance hall. The doorway to the apartment is on your left. The flat is comfortable, warm and private, with a delightful patio garden at the back . It has a double bed with king size quilt and extra quilt and blankets are available. The kitchen is fully fitted and has all the pots and pans and dishes you might need. The bathroom is spacious and has a big shower cubicle. The place feels comfortable, cozy and private.

My wife and I needed an Airbnb near the train station after a friend's wedding and Jaana's Airbnb was a perfect location. We were impressed by the amount of amenities for the price and how clean it was. It was a restful escape after a long day of festivities!

A very special find. I’m an interior designer by profession so always try and seek out places that are quirky and interesting and this did not disappoint. So many gorgeous touches and Jaana clearly has a great eye for design. Fab shower, lots of thoughtful touches everywhere from fresh flowers to biscuits. Thank you Jaana. This corner of Exwick is a small historic area, which is a couple minutes from the river and a walking distance from Exeter town centre. You can take the shorter route up St David's hill or or follow the river and then take your pick from where to enter the town centre. The riverside is wonderful for walkers, runners, birdwatchers and cyclists and in half an hour you will be in the Quay where you can find great places to eat,
drink, people-and boat watch!
The apartment is in a great location, whether you use public transport or your own car. You can walk here in 10min from Exeter St David's train station or take a Apple taxi by the entrance which will bring you here in a couple of minutes. Unlike central Exeter, the streets in Exwick offer free parking and after unloading, there are several options near the property. You can walk from here to the town centre or take a bus - the bus stop is just around the corner. The buses from town central Exeter cover different parts of Devon, including Dartmoor. Exeter St David's is the main train station of the city and services the whole of U.K, with fast connection to London.
For exploring wider area, you are in the right part of town! Dartmoor National park is only 30min away, along a scenic local road. The A30/A38 to South Devon and Cornwall are easily accessed, making this an ideal base for day trips to the country as well as city living.
