Loved our stay, Andrew was a great host and met us to show us around, great location for ruin bars and clubs. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance too. Very happy with our stay.
Amazing apartment so clean and beautifully decorated and styled. Andrew met us there and was so welcoming and gave us some good information and tips. Nice to have breakfast produce left and welcome drinks. Any communication is answered very swiftly. Yes there is some noise from the club below but complimentary ear plugs work a treat and I am an extremely light sleeper. The bed is super comfy. Area is well positioned to explore Budapest and we definitely felt very safe. Cannot recommend Andrew's apartment highly enough.
A great apartment and a fabulous host. Andrew was very helpful in recommending restaurants and sights. The apartment is as good as it looks in the pictures, spotless and very well located in Budapest's lively and characterful Jewish Quarter. There are lots of sights, bars, restaurants and amenities within easy walking distance and for those located further afield, a Bolt taxi was never more than a minute away. Budapest is a great city to visit and Andrew's apartment is an ideal base from which to explore and enjoy all it has to offer.
From the moment we booked andrews place to the moment we left everything was perfect. Could not have asked for a better host. Always replied quickly and had everything ready waiting for us coming, even a couple of beers and wine which was well received after a long days travelling. The apartment was unbelievable and the design of it was top quality. If I’m ever back in Budapest I know where I will be staying again!
Would highly recommend this beautiful air bnb. Andrew was extremely accommodating and too the time to meet us and provide brilliant recommendations for our trip to Budapest. The apartment is in a great location and had everything we could have needed. Exceptional host, would definitely book again with Andrew!

The apartment is centrally located in Budapest's famous Jewish District (District 7). At your doorstep are numerous restaurants, bars (famous ruin bar Szimpla kert is only a short walk from the apartment), art galleries and particular many trendy designer clothing boutiques. The apartment is within walking distance of many museums and monuments, including the newly renovated Academy of Music, Andrassy Avenue and the famous New York Café. The Dohány street synagogue is the largest synagogue in Europe and is only a short walk away from the apartment.
From the airport the fastest way is by the official taxi at the airport called Fő taxi and or Bolt taxi which costs around 25-30 EUR. You can pay with cash and or credit card. There is also Shuttle Minibus which costs around 20 EUR one way for two people.

Welcome to Andrew’s place! Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia I moved to Budapest after meeting my beautiful Hungarian wife Réka back in 2009. Now we have 2 adorable children Zoli and Kriszti and I am very proud to call Budapest my home. Thanks to my wife's profession in interior design we have made every attempt to ensure that you feel as comfortable as possible while staying in our apartment.
