New, fully equipped, modern 9th floor apartment in a central location and only 10km from the airport. Free parking in the garage and on the street. Stylish, new and spotless. Across the street from bus station, train station, and farmer's market (pijaca). Brand new children's playground in the complex. Restaurants, bakery, fast food, hairdresser, nail salon, and more in the complex or across the street. Big supermarket and shopping center is down the steet. Sava river is a 10 minute walk. The building is named "Petica" which is Serbian for the number "Five". The building is actually in the shape of the number 5. Architecturally, an interesting plan and shape. Instead of four sides like in typical buildings, this building has 12 faces with passthrough walkways. This apartment is on the 9th floor. It is a very large apartment and very comfortable for up to 4 guests. We pride ourselves on its modern style, that it is extremely well equipped with everything you might need and that it is organized and cleaned to satisfy the biggest critics. Children's playground, restaurants, salons, and more all within the complex.

My stay at “Petica” apartment was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with such warmth and friendliness by the hosts, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The apartment itself is a gem - perfectly clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Located in a fantastic area, the convenience of having such great attractions and amenities within walking distance added an extra layer of enjoyment to my visit. The neighborhood is safe, welcoming, and truly encapsulates the local vibe, making you feel right at home. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a memorable stay in New Belgrade with the most gracious hosts, look no further. I am already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
The place felt like home. Everything was well thought about and there was everything you need in an apartment. The host was extremely polite and welcoming. We will definitely be back.
