As Americans, we asked if they had a clothes dryer. The answer was yes, so we expected that there was an electric dryer. The “dryer” was a collapsible rack in the back yard. Our daughter lives in Ptuj and has a washer dryer that looks just like the apartment’s, with the knob labeled in English. The apartment’s was labeled in German. It took us a few days to realize that there was no dryer, since we don’t speak or read Slovene. We only had two spoons and a few forks when we arrived; it took a few days before they brought more. They were extremely helpful in getting my backpack, which I left behind, to my son-in-law. Dijan got his daughter involved, who speaks very good English. If you are American unfamiliar with Slovenian customs like us, be prepared for the lack of a top sheet on the bed. Otherwise it was quite comfortable and we slept quite well. If we return, we will gladly use Dijan’s apartment again. It is within convenient walking distance of downtown. Thank you, Dijan.

Apartment from Dejan was very clean, good equipment and peaceful. Dejan is very nice host. The communication from the beginning was very Friendly. Dejan responded to every question very fast. I heartily recomend this apartment and Dejan as a host ;)

Lovely apartment. Great location for Ptuj township and surrounds. Excellent parking facilities. Lovely sleeps-fab bed! Def recommend.
