The property is located hardly 10 mins from the main market which was a plus point . Nice Property for a 5BHK for 17k ( with Airbnb charges ) however certain things can be looked into. We checked in at 6:30pm but the property was having electricity fluctuations which was a bit sad as none of the acs worked for the first hour and one of the rooms had no connection with the inverter so we couldn't use that rooms lights or fans also . Food Options need to be worked on. However Zomato is Available so order atleast 30 mins prior. Be Prepared to carry your own luggage from the parking to your rooms as the caretaker is pregnant and nobody was available at check in. Arjun from Sales was a great help in assisting with a late check-out till 12pm . pool is decent of 4ft almost . Keep in Mind : it's a joint property with a local family so keep your music levels down after 10pm to avoid scenes. Overall a Good and Peaceful Stay for a Budget .

The property is definitely recommended for all guests looking for a relaxing getaway at Panchgani. Very clean and we'll maintained bungalow with lots of amenities. We had a beautiful trip.

the location is just around 1.5 km from Panchgani market, and close to main tourist attraction table land. The two caretakers of the house Prashant and Shweta were very attentive and took good care of us. The food which they made was also excellent. The house is quite spacious and comfortable with an outdoor pool which the kids enjoyed. In general, it was a great experience.
