You would have to pay me a lot of money for me to stay in the house again. I’ll start with the one positive… there were a lot of decent utensils. That’s the end of the positives. We turned up and the house stunk of smoke. There were bags tied to the smoke alarms. Went into the garden and there were cigarette butts everywhere. The toaster tripped the power. There were dirty plates in the bedrooms. The sheets smelt like they hadn’t been washed. I’d also like to point out that we travel the country and stay in lower priced properties all the time. We are not fussy and have left positive reviews even in some of the rougher houses we’ve stayed at. People have to make a living. But this house is managed by a company I think. They don’t respond and when they do it is with empty promises. Absolutely the worst experience we’ve had. We’d have got another accommodation if we had the choice, but we’d already spent our budget for that week. We were forced to breath in smoke for a full week.
