Relax at this peaceful small rural property with an abundance of bird life and flowering natives. 8 mins from Macksville in an area known as Gumma and beside the mighty Nambucca River, the property is elevated affording sunsets over the Great Dividing Range. Our newly renovated guest cottage is separated from the main house by a covered walk way. Generous north facing bedroom with queen size bed and walk through robe to new bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen.

part of me wants to keep this place secret, it was better than I expected, Val was extremely welcoming and I loved every minute there. I will definitely be back. location to beaches and cafes was great too.

We are located at the end of a cul-de-sac which is quiet and makes for easy off street parking. 2 horses live here and the property is described as "living in an aviary, within a Botanical Garden" .. pure quiet heaven
6ks drive Macksville hosts Woolworths, Food Works, 2 pubs and Ex Services Club, heated Olympic pool & indoor pool + fully equipped gym + yoga and pilates classes. Boat loading ramps on both sides of the river. Scotts Head surfing paradise 25 min drive, Shelley Beach best swimming spot 25 mins drive. Gumma Reserve for Warrell Creek fun, boating, paddle boarding and dog play 4 mins drive.

I am retired and love spending time outside especially with horses. I currently have a quarter horse and a stock horse. My small property has an abundance of bird life and flowering gums and native plants. Two raised garden beds full of herbs and vegetables are a joy. I have lived in regional NSW for the past 30 years and happily share my time between the paddocks and the beach. I am a swimmer and like to keep fit.
