it was exactly as described. it was clean and the beds were comfortable. the hosts were super helpful. it's close to the capital, the mall, a grocery store, and a park. there are some steps to second floor but very manageable even with heavy luggage.

We enjoyed our stay! It’s very close to the state capital. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was safe and quiet. :) We would stay here again!

Manuel was very responsive and the place was spotless. A great two bedroom with well stocked kitchen (from a pots and pans perspective). It’s quite difficult to park in the designated spots for the building, so you’ll likely need to park on the road if you have an SUV. It’s a long walk to get food or essentials (milk, bread etc.), so plan ahead and pick up before arriving. Would I stay here again, yes. Would I look for something closer to the city and the many restaurants in SLC, also yes. Would I recommend this place to a friend, yes, absolutely.
