Loved our stay. Gorgeous view, comfortable studio, helpful and proactive host

I had a great stay at Jeanne's Airbnb. A cozy studio with two queen sized beds and a small but well-appointed balcony with stunning view of Kigali. A clean bathroom, and a small kitchenette for your needs. Great for friends, colleagues or couples travelling together. It is located in quite a central location in Kigali, and you can find great activities and many night-time spots nearby to hang out. The price was very reasonable, and it is great value for money. An issue occurred outside of Jeanne's Airbnb and control, but she helped us in resolving it very professionally and I would like to thank you for helping resolve the situation for us. I would definitely recommend the studio for your stay in Kigali.

Jeanne was an amazing host from start to finish. Her communication was prompt and the check-in instructions she provided were very clear, making it easy to find her place. The check-in process itself was smooth and effortless. Jeanne went above and beyond by coming to check-in on us after we arrived to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. Her attentiveness and hospitality were truly appreciated. The home itself was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I'd highly recommend booking with Jeanne if you're looking for a great host and a nice, hassle-free experience. We were extremely satisfied and would definitely stay here again!
