Victoria and her brother were super friendly and very responsive. How we genuinely had a bad experience, when we arrived there was a man in the middle of the street kicking and hitting his dog, 2 other people who were homeless or in a drug induced state. There were boards in the windows holding the windows closed. The one sided deadbolt on the upstairs access of the home where someone lives made us feel uneasy. We were a group of 4 young women and something genuinely felt off. We ended up not staying and got a hotel. Thankfully we were able to get some of our money back for the AirBnb but it was less than half and then turning around and have to pay for a hotel. If we had a man present with us or some protection on us then perhaps we would have stayed but our husband's and dad's agreed it was not a safe space to stay.

Great host! Great place and location. The only issue I had was that I’m 6’4” and had to bend down quite a bit, often hitting my head. However, Victoria labeled areas with low ceilings and even padded the spots where your head might hit. I was grateful for that because, even with the warning, I hit my head several times, lol.

Easy in and out, good location for getting out to Philly for a better price than hotels
