This home offers four modern spacious bedrooms, two large bathrooms, two separate living areas with smart TV's and a kids play area . Enjoy the comfort of ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, a spacious fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor patio perfect for outdoor dining overlooking a large recreational oval. This is a perfect place to stay when visiting Grenfell or surrounding towns with enough space to cater up to eight guests.

We booked Sheree’s place really last minute and she was so responsive and adapted to ensure the house was clean and ready to go within an hour. As a wheelchair user, this Airbnb was accessible inside, with a good bed height, no stairs inside, and big bathrooms with no screen door. One small step to get inside, but manageable! Thank you Sheree!!
Such a lovely house and nice quiet location. The house is big and modern with each bedroom furnished perfectly.
Family of four (teenagers) plus another adult couple decided to visit Grenfell and we discovered Sheree's place. It's an absolute gem. Very new property with plenty of space and just a short drive (couple of minutes) into town. I would highly recommend not only to visit this town and its delightful surrounds, but also stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Outstanding house and location. New house, spacious, great bedrooms, bathrooms and lovely open plan living and dining area. Recommend without reservation.
