This place was very nice. The only thing I will say was the towels were dirty but other than that the overall stay was wonderful. Airbnb did call and tell me the place wasn’t available for me to stay in, 48 hours before my trip, but once I got that sorted out it was all good. I would stay here again.

Our group consisted of a set of grandparents, my husband and myself and our two young children -- the layout for the apartment was perfect for our specific needs. We were very close to the playground, which was new, clean and so helpful for two little ones to burn off energy after a long car ride. There were some cleaning issues that I addressed to Anthony upon arriving, which he offered to send a cleaner to fix the next morning. We opted to clean the affected areas ourselves as we weren't sure of our morning plans. Otherwise, the apartment was very minimalist (much like a hotel suite), making it easy to find places for all of our belongings. I appreciated extra towels that were provided in the hall linen closet. The only discrepancies from the photos were the balcony photo shows the unit being a ground floor unit, however, it is on the second floor (which was later mentioned in the check-in msg) and instead of a coffee pot there is only a one-cup Keurig, but K Cups were provided.

The place was great and was as described. Anthony is a great host. He was very helpful and did answer all of our questions. Every thing went very well for us. If we are in the area again, we will be definitely considering this place.
