Welcome to this 12m2 studio apartment on the first floor of a secure building with digital code access. Bedding: a single bed 80 x 200 cm. Household linen is included in the rental price, including towels, bath mats and sheets. For your entertainment, you'll have access to WIFI and HD TV. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, kettle and crockery. So you can prepare your meals with ease. A table and two chairs make up the dining area. The bathroom is equipped with shower gel (body and hair) and hand soap.

Good and peaceful place. walkable and near to tourism sites. Friendly host.
The hosts helped me immediately when I needed, which was great. The studio is quite central and exactly as described. As previously said by other guests you might hear a bit of noise from the other apartments, but not much.

Just a few metres from the Place de la Stanislas. Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk of the property.
Nancy city centre is easily accessible on foot, but there are bus stops close to the accommodation (tickets cost €1.40 and are free at weekends).
