PRIME LOCATION DOWNTOWN in the West End, close to everything! You can literally park & not drive again! Main Street & its Shops & Restaurants, Falls Park, & the Baseball Stadium are a 2 minute walk away! We have comfy furniture, big screen tvs, wood burning fireplace, front/back patios with grill. Upstairs, both rooms have vaulted ceilings, king beds, big smart tvs, full bathrooms, & laundry is in the hall.

Great place to stay for a weekend away. My mom and I were easily able to walk into town, using a gorgeous trail through the river-front park. Extremely convenient for downtown activities, no car needed. Beds were very comfy and all amenities provided. Would definitely stay here again when in Greenville. Thanks Hunter!

We first came to Greenville nearly 15 years ago and have returned on a semi regular basis ever since. Greenville is a great destination with a nice mix of beautiful places to walk and relax along with a vibrant downtown with lots to see and do. Hunter’s place is clean, spacious and well located for an easy walk to fully enjoy all that Greenville has to offer. Highly recommended.
Excellent location. Spotlessly clean. Easy to find and check in/out. The ONLY thing which ‘cost’ a star was that the available closet space was too little. Completely understand there will be a locked “owner’s closet”, but in this case, the two master bedrooms had one closet to share (in one of the masters), and even at that we had to remove linens and blankets in order to have modest hanging/shelving space. And there are no dressers or chests of drawers or hanging hooks to accommodate in lieu of closet space. It was difficult since we were two couples with wedding and reception attire. Again, everything else was really good. Just be ready to pretty much live out of your suitcase.

Excellent corner unit within our 13 unit Townhome complex next to the lawn and creek. We have 2 dedicated parking spots directly in front of the unit. There is also 1 guest spot that the community shares (first come first serve), but there is plenty of free parking directly across the street (where you can see your vehicle) or on the street out front. There are 2 places to let your dog do its thing (picking up after it of course) or take it for a long walk or run on the Swamp Rabbit Trail or up Main street. There is a dumpster for all your trash. Every one in the community is super cool, so please be respectful during your stay so we can continue to operate and maintain good relations with them and the HOA.
LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!!! Can't stress enough how close and convenient this Townhouse is to everything! You can literally park your car and not have to drive again your entire trip. There is also a trolley pick up right across the street. We walk everywhere and also ride bikes right from the front door to our favorite breweries and other spots on the trail (let us know if you need some bikes). Uber and Lyft are also super easy to hail with wait times normally around 3 minutes or less.
