Great location for a cozy getaway. Well equipped kitchen and nice hot tub. Recommended.

This location is hard to beat. The deck looks out across Penny Island and the Russian River to the hills of Sonoma Coast State Park. The deck does not have a view of the ocean, but sunrise and sunset were glorious every day. The kitchen is a joy to cook in and has almost any tool needed to make large or small meals. I prepared a whole rib roast dinner in it. Lots of counter space and it's open plan with the living and dining areas. There was a bit of a minor ant problem, so we had to be very diligent about cleaning up every last crumb. Both bedrooms and the bathroom on this floor are great. I do wish they had blinds or blackout curtains on all of the windows, but the beds were very comfortable. I would note that if you have a disability that affects your ability to walk, this location may be an issue as the main entrance is about 30 feet uphill from the parking area and there's only a spiral staircase from the bottom floor to the top.
