Welcome to our delightful 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom freshly remodeled retreat in the heart of Ocala, Florida. Just a hoofbeat away from the renowned World Equestrian Center (WEC) & many other local attractions. Whether you're a horse enthusiast or simply seeking a serene getaway, this cozy home is your affordable ticket to an unforgettable stay for up to 6 guests!! *The property is located off a busy road, and you will need to either back in or out of the driveway. We do not have room for trailers. Parking is available for 2-3 cars, directly behind the other. * Located: - 4 miles from the World Equestrian Center - 12 miles Santos/ The Vortex Trailhead - 5.4 miles to downtown Ocala - 18 miles to Rainbow Springs State Park - 11 miles to Silver Springs State Park - 15 miles to the Florida Horse Park - 1.5 miles from Ocala Airport - 10 miles from a Walmart Supercenter - 5 miles to Target - 6 miles to Paddock Mall Shopping Center - 15 miles from Ocala Greenway Disc Golf - 4.2 miles from FAST (Florida Aquatics Swimming and Training) The space Kitchen: Full kitchen, stocked with basics for preparing and eating meals. If you have a question about a particular item, feel free to reach out. We provide a Keurig (single cup coffee maker) and a French Press for your use, as well as a tea kettle. We tried to think of everything we want when we stay somewhere. Dishwasher detergent and extra garbage bags are underneath the kitchen sink. Laundry: The washer and dryer are located out in the carport, in a closet. The key to unlock the door is in the top drawer of the entry way console. Bathroom: There is one bathroom, that contains a tub/shower combo, toilet, and vanity. A window ensures you get lots of natural light during the day. Wash cloths and an extra hand towel are in the cabinet underneath the sink. This is also where we keep extra toilet paper, Shampoo/Conditioner/Body wash and a hair dryer in case you need it! Bedroom 1: The first bedroom has a King sized bed. Live plants and a stunning green accent wall, combined with room darkening curtains, create a peaceful setting for a good nights (or days) sleep. This room does contain a 55” TV. There is a Pack N' Play in the closet of this room, should you need one. We also store the folding rollaway twin bed in this room. This bed can fit in either bedroom, or in the living room. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. This room has room darkening curtains as well, so you don't have to wake with the sun unless you want to! There is room to set up the rollaway twin sized bed in this room should you have a 5th person in your group. In the closet of this room we store the vacuum and a broom, in case you should need them! Dining: The table seats 6. Living Room: The Living room contains a couch and loveseat, with an ottoman and coffee table so you can relax while watching TV, visiting or reading a good book. In the entry way console we do provide some games/puzzles/books and some kids toys! Parking: The driveway has room for 2-3 standard size vehicles (one directly behind the other). Do not park on the grass in front of the home to the left of driveway as the septic tank and drain field could be damaged. Guest Access: You will have the place to yourself! There is a supply closet in the hall right next to the bathroom that will be locked. Other things to note: Garbage day is Thursday morning. Please bag the garbage in consideration of the Garbage Company Employees when placing garbage in the cans. They will pick up the cans from the side of the house. Please Be Aware: We do not offer refunds for events that are out of our control as hosts. These events include inclement weather, natural disasters, power outages, or acts of God. The house is located off of a busy 2 lane road, so please be aware if you intend to bring small children or are easily bothered by noise, the bedrooms are at the back of the home so they stay nice and quite!
